Goethe University's Equal Opportunities Office is responsible for realizing an equitable university culture and structure at Goethe University, together with the representatives for anti-discrimination, equality, and inclusion. The Office provides consultations and information, and organizes events for students, staff, and researchers. It also works with the university’s faculties and facilities to develop measures and initiatives to implement equal opportunities.
The Equal Opportunities Action Plan 2025-2030 outlines the goals and measures of Goethe University. The Anti-Discrimination Directive is designed to protect against and reduce discrimination.
