Ich suche für ein 18 m2 Zimmer in einer schönen, hellen 3-Zimmer-Altbauwohnung mit Parkettboden einen Zwischenmieter (Nichtraucher) für die Zeit vom 1.1.2010 bis zum 30.09.2010. Eine kürzere Zeitspanne ist nach Rücksprache möglich.
Das Zimmer ist mit einem Bett, einem Schreibtisch, zwei Regalen und einer Kommode möbliert. Gemeinsam mit einer Mitbewohnerin (34 J., Ärztin) werden Wohnzimmer, eine vollständig eingerichtete Küche, Bad und Waschmaschine genutzt.
Das Haus steht an einem kleinen Stadtteilplatz in verkehrsberuhigter Lage. Eine Bushaltestelle ist in zwei Minuten, der Bahnhof mit S-Bahn-, U-Bahn-, Straßenbahnanschluss in acht Minuten zu Fuß erreichbar. Das Naherholungsgebiet am Mainufer ist fünf Gehminuten entfernt.
Im Mietpreis inbegriffen sind sämtliche Nebenkosten, W-LAN sowie ein Telefonanschluss mit Festnetz-Flatrate. Handy- und internationale Telefonate werden gesondert abgerechnet.
Die monatliche Miete beträgt 420 €, die Kaution eine Monatsmiete.

I am looking for an interim tenant (non-smoker) for one room (18 sqm) from the 1st of January to the 30th of September 2010. A shorter period might be possible, we should talk about that. The room belongs to a nice and bright three-room flat with parquet floor. There is one bed, one desk, two shelves and one dresser in the room. Together with a room mate (34 years old, physician) you may use the living room, the fully equipped kitchen and a washing maschine.
The house is located at a little square with almost no traffic. There is a bus stop (2 minutes) and a railway station (8 minutes, train, suburban train, metro, tram) nearby. The Main River with its promenade and museums is 5 minutes to go.
The fee includes all additional costs, W-LAN and flat rate for telephone (international calls and mobile will be charged separately). The fee is € 420 per month, there is a deposit of € 420.
